Structurely alternatives in 2026: for agents, teams and home builders
What Structurely is today, eight alternatives checked against each vendor's own site, and a separate track for home builders, whose buyers ask about communities and plans, not listings.
Disclosure: we make one of the builder tools below, the REGS AI Sales Assistant. It is not built for individual agents, so it isn't listed in the agent track. Every product, ours included, is described with facts you can check at the linked source. Corrections: santiago@grupoenroke.com.
Which alternative fits whom
- Agent or team that also wants leads generated for you: Ylopo, with AI texting and AI voice calls.
- Team that wants the AI inside its CRM, with Spanish: Lofty's Sales Agent.
- Agent who wants a published price: Real Geeks' Geek AI Text, $49 a month on the Real Geeks platform.
- Brokerage or large team with high lead volume: Verse.ai, AI plus human concierges.
- Large production builder: Verse.ai, which now includes Atlas (formerly AtlasRTX).
- Builder with thousands of aged leads: Jome.
- Builder that wants a website assistant it can try free: REGS by Enroke, 30 days free on one community, then $750 a month.
What Structurely is in 2026
Structurely built its name on an AI inside sales agent for real estate, known as Aisa Holmes, that texted online leads to qualify them. Its current site drops that name and describes a conversational AI platform for voice, SMS and email, handling inbound and outbound calls, and lists booking appointments, scheduling callbacks, transferring calls and escalating to a human, with every conversation synced to your CRM.
Two changes matter if you're evaluating it. First, ownership: CapStone Holdings, a Fort Myers, Florida investment firm, acquired Structurely on January 6, 2026, and named Corey Welch CEO on January 20. Second, focus: its use cases now list mortgage, real estate, private aviation, home improvement, platforms and CRMs, and marketing agencies. Home builders are not listed.
Pricing: a platform fee that isn't published, plus usage "as low as" $0.07 per voice minute, $0.02 per text and $0.02 per AI email, with no per-seat licenses. It integrates with Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Salesforce, HubSpot and Bonzo, among others.
People usually compare it for structural reasons: they want the all-in monthly cost before a sales call, they'd rather use the AI already inside the CRM or lead program they pay for, or they're a builder and need a tool that knows communities and floor plans.
Structurely and eight alternatives
"Not published" means we couldn't find it on the vendor's current site, not that it doesn't exist. Ask them.
| Vendor | Best for | Channels | Public pricing | Notable limitation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Structurely | Usage-priced AI calling and texting across industries | Voice, SMS, email | Partly: usage from $0.07/min voice, $0.02/SMS; platform fee not published | All-in cost needs a quote; no home builder use case listed |
| Ylopo AI | Agents and teams that also buy lead generation | SMS, outbound voice with warm transfer | No (three plans, quoted by market and team size) | Priced and sold with Ylopo's marketing program |
| Lofty Sales Agent | Teams and brokerages that want AI inside the CRM | Text, email, web chat; AI outbound calls (new) | No (add-on on every plan) | You adopt the Lofty CRM to use it |
| Real Geeks Geek AI | Agents who want a known price | Text today; email and voice "coming soon" | Yes: $49/mo, on the $399/mo platform plus $500 setup | Text only today; 6 or 12 month terms |
| Verse.ai (Atlas) | High-volume brokerages, lenders and large builders | SMS, voice, email, web chat, RCS; human concierges | No (Starter, Professional, Enterprise: "contact us") | Quote-based and built for scale |
| Jome AI | Builders with large aged-lead databases | Calls, texts, email | No; "live in 14 days" | Focused on leads already in your CRM |
| BuilderChat | Mid-size production builders | Web chat, SMS, email; voice on top tier | Partly: FAQ cites $11K entry tier plus $8,000 setup | Annual contracts, no free trial; needs about 3,500 monthly visitors |
| REGS by Enroke | Builders that want to try before paying | Web chat on your site, English and Spanish | Yes: free 30 days, then $750/mo or $7,500/yr, no setup fee | Website only; your team confirms every tour; not for agents |
| Hyperleap AI | Small custom builders or agents, do-it-yourself | Web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger | Yes: $40, $100 or $200/mo; 7-day trial | General-purpose; you build and maintain the answers |
Alternatives for agents, teams and brokerages
Ylopo AI
Lead generation plus AI follow-up.
- What it is
- AI Text, running since 2018, starts SMS conversations with new and database leads; AI Voice, launched August 2025, calls, qualifies on timeline and budget, and warm-transfers the lead to your phone. Built for solo agents, teams and brokerages.
- Pricing
- Not published. Three plans (Solo, Growing Team, Complete), quoted by market, database size and number of agents.
- Limitation
- It is sold as part of Ylopo's marketing and lead program, not as a standalone ISA.
Lofty Sales Agent
AI inside an all-in-one CRM.
- What it is
- An AI agent that replies by text, email and web chat, and now places outbound calls. It schedules meetings on your calendar, hands ready leads to you, and speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin and French.
- Pricing
- Not published; listed as an add-on on the Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise plans.
- Limitation
- It only works inside Lofty, so switching means a CRM migration.
Real Geeks Geek AI
The only published AI price in this track.
- What it is
- An AI that texts new leads, qualifies them and hands them to the agent when they're ready. Email is "coming soon" and voice is slated for late 2026.
- Pricing
- Geek AI Text is $49 a month, free with any lead package, on top of the $399 a month platform (two users) and a $500 setup fee. 6 or 12 month commitments.
- Limitation
- Text only for now, and it requires the Real Geeks platform.
Verse.ai
AI plus people, for volume.
- What it is
- AI agents across SMS, voice, email, web chat and RCS, with live transfer and a fully managed human concierge service. Serves real estate, mortgage and homebuilding, among others.
- Pricing
- Starter, Professional and Enterprise, all "contact us for pricing."
- Limitation
- Quote-based and aimed at larger, high-volume operations.
Also worth knowing: CINC AI is a text-based add-on inside the CINC platform, price not published. Follow Up Boss's own AI (summaries, suggested tasks, suggested replies, lead prioritization) helps your agents respond but doesn't hold conversations on its own; FUB lists third-party ISA tools in its integrations directory, Structurely included.
Alternatives for home builders and community developers
Structurely was built to follow up agent leads. A builder's buyer asks different questions: which community, which plan fits which lot, what the base price includes, the HOA, when a home is ready. And the lead has to land with the online sales counselor (OSC), who sets the tour. Our comparison of AI chatbots for home builders covers these vendors in more depth.
Verse.ai (includes Atlas)
Atlas, formerly AtlasRTX, merged under the Verse brand in May 2026.
- What it is
- For builders, text and web chat that qualify on credit score, budget and timeline and schedule home tours. Named customers include D.R. Horton, KB Home and Smith-Douglas Homes.
- Limitation
- Pricing is quote-only; best suited to large production builders.
Jome AI
ai.jome.com
- What it is
- Calls, texts and emails leads that have sat 30, 60 or 180+ days, working from live inventory (plans, lot premiums, financing), and books tours into your calendar. Names HubSpot, Salesforce, Lasso and Pipedrive among its CRMs.
- Limitation
- Pricing not published; its strength is follow-up on leads you already have.
BuilderChat
builderchat.us
- What it is
- Web chat, SMS and email, with voice on the top tier, plus warranty and service triage.
- Pricing
- The FAQ cites an $11K entry tier with an $8,000 setup fee and a $27K tier with a 6-month paid pilot. No self-serve free trial.
- Limitation
- Says it doesn't pay off below about 3,500 unique monthly visitors; annual contracts.
REGS AI Sales Assistant (Enroke)
Ours. Same rules as the others.
- What it is
- An AI sales assistant that answers buyer questions on your website 24/7 in English or Spanish, using only your approved communities, plans and prices. It takes the buyer's name, phone or email and preferred tour day, and your team confirms the tour. At Heartwood, a community we work with, qualified leads rose 30 to 50%.
- Pricing
- Free for 30 days on one community, then $750 a month or $7,500 a year, no setup fee, up to two communities; $150 a month for each additional one.
- Limitation
- It works on your website only; it doesn't call or text leads. Not built for individual agents.
Also on the builder shortlist: Edgewise Eva, an AI agent inside the Edgewise CRM used mostly by condo and new-development sellers; and Hyperleap, a general website chatbot from $40 a month for builders who will set it up themselves.
Seven questions to ask any vendor
Ask them on the first call, Structurely included.
- Where do the answers come from? Ask what it says when a buyer asks something your site or scripts don't cover, and what stops it from inventing a price or a rate.
- How does it hand off to a person? Live transfer, text alert or email, and to whom on a Saturday night?
- Which CRM does it write to on day one? Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Lasso, HubSpot, Salesforce. "Via Zapier" is not the same as native.
- Who owns the data and the conversations? Can you export every transcript and contact if you leave?
- How long is the contract? Month to month, 6 months, annual, and is there a setup fee?
- Does it hold a full conversation in Spanish? Few vendors say so on their sites.
- What happens after hours? Does it answer at 2 am, and does anyone see the lead before 10 am?
Compare cost per closing, not monthly fee
I was CFO of a Georgia homebuilder from 2004 to 2008, and still read a sales tool by one number: what it costs per closing. Add the platform fee, usage, setup spread over a year and the staff time it takes, then divide by the closings it plausibly helped. Usage pricing looks cheap in a slow month and expensive in a busy one; a flat fee is easier to budget.
Fix these first
- Your team already replies within five minutes, day and night.
- You get a few leads a week and can call each one personally.
- Nobody follows up the next morning, so the AI's leads would sit.
- Prices and inventory aren't published, so an AI has nothing accurate to say.

Common questions
What is Structurely?
Structurely is a conversational AI platform that calls, texts and emails leads to qualify them, book appointments and transfer calls to a person. It began in real estate, where its assistant was known as Aisa Holmes, and now also sells to mortgage, home improvement and other sales teams. CapStone Holdings acquired it in January 2026.
What are the best Structurely alternatives for real estate agents and teams?
Ylopo if you also want its lead generation and an AI that texts and calls; Lofty's Sales Agent if you want the AI inside your CRM, with Spanish; Real Geeks' Geek AI if you want a published price; Verse.ai if you run high lead volume and want human concierges behind the AI.
What is the best Structurely alternative for home builders?
It depends on where your leads stall. Verse.ai suits large builders that want a managed text, chat and voice program. Jome suits builders with thousands of aged leads. BuilderChat suits mid-size builders that also want warranty triage. REGS by Enroke, which we make, suits builders that want a website assistant with a published price and 30 free days on one community.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Structurely?
Structurely does not publish its platform fee, only usage rates from $0.07 per voice minute and $0.02 per text or AI email, so a true price comparison needs a quote. Published prices we found in September 2026: Real Geeks' Geek AI Text is $49 a month on top of the $399 a month Real Geeks platform ($500 setup, 6 or 12 month terms); Hyperleap, a general chatbot, starts at $40 a month; for builders, REGS is free for 30 days on one community, then $750 a month.
Does an AI ISA replace a human ISA or online sales counselor?
No. It covers nights, weekends and the first reply, and asks the qualifying questions. A person still makes the call that turns interest into an appointment, and for a builder, the online sales counselor still confirms the tour and hands the buyer to onsite sales.
