Who we are
Enroke (“Enroke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital growth systems provider operating from Midway, Georgia (Savannah area, United States) and Quito, Ecuador. The legal entity responsible for this website and its tools is Grupo Enroke, LLC.
Using the website
You may browse grupoenroke.com, read its content, and use its forms, scorecards, and booking pages for your own purposes. Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or harmful information. The site’s text, design, and images belong to Enroke or its licensors; do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Social publishing tool
Enroke runs an internal tool that schedules and uploads posts and videos to social media accounts. It is not a public product: there is no sign-up, and only Enroke’s team operates it. It works only with:
- Accounts owned by Grupo Enroke and its brands; and
- Accounts of Enroke’s clients who have asked us to manage their content and have connected their account themselves, through the platform’s own login and permission screen.
When an account is connected, the tool acts only on that account’s behalf and only for the content its owner has approved. It uploads videos and, where the platform allows, sends them as drafts for the owner to review and publish. It does not follow, like, comment, or send messages, and it does not post to any account that has not been connected by its owner.
Access is granted by the account owner and can be revoked at any time, either by asking us at santiago@grupoenroke.com or directly from the platform’s settings. Once access is revoked, the tool stops working with that account.
TikTok and YouTube
- TikTok: videos are uploaded to the account’s TikTok inbox as drafts. Nothing is published until the account owner opens TikTok, reviews the draft, and posts it. Access can be removed in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service.
- YouTube: the tool uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos (including Shorts) to the connected channel. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.
Your data
We use the data and permissions a connected account grants us only to upload and schedule the content its owner approved, and to show whether each upload worked. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared. We do not sell, rent, or resell data from connected accounts, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Make sure you have the rights to the videos, music, and images you ask us to publish.
- Follow the rules of each platform you connect.
Disclaimers & liability
The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Social platforms can change their features, limits, or rules at any time, so we cannot guarantee that every upload will succeed or appear exactly as planned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enroke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of the website or tools. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the related services in the twelve months before the claim.
General
We may suspend access to the tool if it is misused or if a platform requires it. Client services are also governed by the written agreement between Enroke and that client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. We may update them from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
